Ron Bailey started his real estate career over 20 years ago. Formerly a licensed realtor in Alaska, Ron Bailey relocated to Florida to enjoy the beautiful sunny weather. He has a passion for helping others relocate to this Central Florida area. Helping customers reach their desired outcome, whether buying or selling, is what motivates this hard worker. After serving nearly 19 years in the criminal justice field as a probation officer, I decided to take a leap of faith and pursue a career in real estate. I served as a Marine Science Technician in the United States Coast Guard Reserve. I have many years experience in working with people as they navigated difficulties and obstacles, and I am excited to put those skills to use as a real estate agent. I believe that home ownership is something that is very special, and know first hand how great it feels to be a homeowner. In that light, I am excited to help folks find not just a house or a home, but where they truly belong.

Once Ron Bailey moved to the Central Florida area, he immediately acclimated himself to the communities and the people of this area. He provides real estate services for both buyers and sellers in Central Florida, including Marion, Lake, Sumter, and Citrus counties, and the cities of Ocala, The Villages, Citrus Hills, and Summerfield.

He is a member of the Realtors Association of Lake and Sumter Counties (RALSC) and the Realtors Association of Citrus County (RACCFL).
